Faith Formation

For Children

A 'Communion Club' held on Saturdays periodically between January and April offers concise and structured sessions to children who are preparing to receive the sacraments through their school programmes.

At Hill House, they can spend some time with their parents and prepare in a more personal way for their First Confession and First Holy Communion.

For Adults

Adult faith formation activities are held on a regular basis and include mornings of refelction for women on the third Thursday of each month and evenings of reflection for men on the third Monday of the month.

In each case the activities provide an opportunity to take time out from busy lives and reflect on the quality of one's Christian life and relationship with Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Guided prayer by a Priest and formational talks by lay people offer practical suggestions on how to develop one's relationship with God in the middle of the demands of everyday work, family life and interactions with other people.

Overview

Inspiration
