For Mothers

A mother & toddler group meets every Wednesday morning between 10am and 12 noon and new members are always welcome.

Occassional Saturday seminars offer busy Mums the opportunity to carve out some 'me time' in a relaxing environment where they can enjoy a pleasant lunch and participate in a workshop geared towards their interests.

Previous events have focussed on the organised home, the secrets of style and dressing your best.

Mornings of reflection, offered on a monthly basis in the Hill House oratory, provide an opportunity for calm reflection and offer practical suggestions for tackling the demands of living a Christian life in the middle of a busy world.

Overview

Hill House is a not-for-profit initiative that aims to support the role of parents as the primary educators of their children and offers a programme of parenting, family, faith formation and cultural activities as well as mother-and-toddler groups and a pre-school facility.

Inspiration

Inspired by the teachings of St Josemaria Escriva, founder of Opus Dei, Hill House promotes activities that reflect a Christian outlook on life and culture. These activities are open to people of all creeds and backgrounds.
