Our Environment
The physical environment at Hill House offers a wealth of learning opportunities.
The Pre School rooms are bright and airy. Constantly changing displays both celebrate the children’s work and provide a stimulating educational resource. A wide variety of Pre School equipment helps to make activities fun and inviting while enabling the children to acquire new skills and knowledge. Our Outdoor Learning Environment encourages a spirit of enquiry and a keen awareness of the natural world. The children have access to our extensive play areas and equipment and the safe and secure outdoor play and learning area allows children to experience a wide variety of educational activities while having a great deal of fun and benefiting from all that the outdoor environment has to offer. Our Staff
The quality of the staff teams at Hill House is paramount to creating a safe and stimulating preschool learning environment. In order to offer the best childcare, we provide staff that have a genuine love and interest for children. This and a high standard qualification are the foremost criteria we look out for when employing child minders for our pre school.

Hill House is a not-for-profit initiative that aims to support the role of parents as the primary educators of their children and offers a programme of parenting, family, faith formation and cultural activities as well as mother-and-toddler groups and a pre-school facility. |
Our staff have the necessary qualifications and we continually provide training and refreshers courses for all of our team members. Continuous training keeps our employees up to date on the latest childcare developments, policies and procedures and teaches them the best practices of childcare for preschools.
